The Wattsby standard

Most electrical failures are invisible until they aren't.

A loose lug, an undersized neutral, an unlabeled breaker. They pass a glance and fail in year six. Our standard exists to make those failures impossible — not unlikely.

01Red Seal on every truck
Every crew is led by a Red Seal journeyperson or Master Electrician. Apprentices learn under supervision, never alone.
02Torqued to spec, documented
Every termination is torqued with a calibrated driver and logged. Loose lugs cause fires; we do not leave them.
03Lifetime workmanship warranty
If our work fails, we fix it at no cost for as long as you own the property. Manufacturer warranties handled for you.
04$5M liability, WCB / WSIB covered
Fully insured in every province we operate in. Certificates available on request before we set foot on site.

How we work

Fixed price. Permitted. Inspected. Documented.

The four steps every Wattsby project follows, whether it's a single EV circuit or a 30,000 sq ft tenant improvement.

Parallel conduit runs in the exposed ceiling of a commercial fit-out with a city skyline behind.

  1. 01

    Site assessment

A licensed electrician — never a salesperson — walks the property, measures loads and photographs every panel and junction.

  2. 02

    Fixed-price scope

You receive a line-item quote with drawings where relevant. The number does not move unless you change the scope.

  3. 03

    Permitted install

We pull the permit, coordinate the utility, protect your floors, and leave the site cleaner than we found it.

  4. 04

    Inspection & handover

Authority inspection passed, panel labeled, as-built photos and the inspection certificate delivered to your inbox.

From the field

What homeowners, strata councils and GCs say.

They replaced a 1960s Federal Pioneer panel, upgraded us to 200A and installed two EV chargers in one day. The panel labeling alone was nicer than the finish carpentry in our house.
Daniel & Priya OkaforHomeowners · Altadore, Calgary
Our strata had three failed EV-readiness reports from other contractors. Wattsby’s report passed council on the first vote and unlocked the CleanBC rebate for all 84 units.
Margaret LindqvistStrata Council President · Kitsilano, Vancouver
As a GC, I care about two things: does the electrical trade hit the schedule, and does the ESA inspection pass first time. Twelve fit-outs with Wattsby, twelve clean turnovers.
